Outstanding and detailed research here. The big revelation: The chuck they use at In-N-Out Burger is 60% lean, 40% fat. That’s nuts. It’s hard to find anything fattier than 80/20 at the supermarket.

  1. These are without doubt, the best fast food chain burgers in the known universe. Anyone visiting the west coast or Vegas should load up on double-doubles and the hand made fries! Even their thickshakes are awesome.
