Chicago has the best sandwich in the world and most people don’t even know it

Hey, anyone who still sometimes checks TedQuarters! I wrote a thing about the breaded steak sandwich from Ricobene’s, the best-rated sandwich in this site’s history. People seem to be enjoying it.

  1. If you haven’t yet tried the Pork sandwich from Dinic’s in Philadelphia, you do not know what the best sandwich in the world is. Roasted pork on a hoagie roll that is submerged in an incredible au jus then covered with broccoli rabe. If that’s not enough, they hand shave large pieces of sharp provolone over the top. Incredible! I had heard about this sandwich about seven years ago and finally got to try it last year. Most things in life are usually overblown so when you do get to try it it disappoints. Not this. I had been dreaming of this sandwich for years and it was much better than I could have imagined. Do yourself a favor.
